Here at Mad Pet Loverz, we offer a wide range of services. We have many clients in Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Spicewood, and West Lake areas. Our number 1 goal is to provide Class A Service to all of our clients.
Company policies –
Our cancellation policy is simple and easy. We understand with current times things come up therefore we want to be sure we can help you whenever you need us.
With that being said here is what we offer...
- Booking: You must book two to three weeks before you need our services, if not there might be an additional charge.
- When you book with us the full amount is required before the booking/reservation
- There will also be no refunds for meet & greets.
- Cancellation: If you book with us two weeks before you need our services and then you decide to cancel within two weeks (14 days) before we will refund you.
- If you cancel less than two weeks (14 days) before you need our services you will be charged half of the full payment.
- If you cancel LESS than a week / 7 days before then you will be charged the full amount.
- For drop in visit cancellations: we require at least a $50 cancellation fee.
- COVID Policy: COVID-19: We understand that emergencies happen. If your plans change due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please submit proof & we will be able to offer the following discounted cancellation fees.
- If you cancel LESS than two weeks (14 days) before you book our services you will be charged 25% of the full amount. If you cancel LESS than a week (7 days) before then you will be charged 50% of the full amount.
Unfortunately, we are a small business, and when you book with us and cancel last-minute, we are unable to fill that reservation on such short notice. It is the same as booking at any kennel or doggy daycare business. Thank you for understanding!

You will get a copy of all policies & procedures when you book with us!
Scheduling Policy:
When you request a drop-in visit or a dog walk for a specific time of the day, please understand we may not always be there strictly at that particular time. We have dozens of clients we help out with daily, traffic, peak season, holiday week/weekends, etc. You MUST be OK with a 2-hour window. For example, if you request a booking for 8:00 a.m., you must be OK with us getting there between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. for the service.
Payment:
Payment is required before the service starts. If you need additional assistance while you are away, don't hesitate to ask us! We will add other services to your invoice into Time-To-Pet.
Coming Back Early Policy:
If you decide to come home early from your trip and we are still scheduled to be pet-sitting for you, you will still be charged the full amount regardless of how early you get home. We turn down dozens of clients to hold your specific booking, and we are a business that operates this way, just like any doggy daycare or pet resort.
Holiday Services:
There will be additional charges for holidays! Some holidays are $5 and major holidays are $10 per visit. Holidays include-
Spring Break Week, St. Patrick's Weekend, Easter Weekend, Cinco De Mayo, Memorial Weekend, Independence Day July 3-5th, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Break December 22-27tYear'sw Years Eve & Day.
Weekend Holiday fees are from Friday to Sunday or Monday, depending on the holiday. Spring Break is a holiday at Mad Pet Loverz because of the demand for pet sitting during that week. All Holiday fees will be on your invoice in Time to Pet when you schedule the service.
Temperature Policy:
For the safety of your pets, when the outside temperature is over 95 degrees, or under 32 degrees, we will need to make sure your pets are safely indoors during your reservation.
